Im surprised that this coaster doesnt rate higher. Its truly a unique coaster. I do have to admit the wait takes some of the edge off of the ride but Id easily wait 45 minutes or so. Unfortunately, the waits are rarely that short except first thing when the park opens. Too many breakdowns doesnt help. Yet, facing the ground makes for a unique feel. Loved it.
The flying feeling is killer. The loop packs a ton of Gs and the queue offers great views of the ride. What more could you ask for in a coaster?
Good but not worth the wait. X-Flight was very short and had to-the-point elements like your vertical loop, helix...(you can tell its a prototype design). Not a lot of improvements, in that sense, were brought to the table. If this had happened, the flying experience would have probably been enhanced quite a but. The horseshoe inversion was very cool, though, and when they create the flying position at the top of the lift hill (by turning you upside down), its really exciting. But besides that, X-Flight was somewhat disappointing.
This ride is really unique, but thats all that made this ride fun.
This ride was good. however I like the theming of Batwing better.
very dissapointing. The first hill was cool but not worth the wait. Interesting as far the feel of flying, but no major thrills. Not one of my top ten.
Wow, I gotta say flying coasters are cool. I hope they put one in at Great Adventure
COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL RIDE
This coaster is great it gives you the sensation that you are flying. The experience is great you lay on your back, on your stomach, and it is very disorienting. The ride is over too fast. This is one of my favorite at SFWOA.

My first flying coaster and one great ride! However, very long wait for the size of the line.
