Great Ride and opportunity to see wild animals in action. Great chance to take photos of animals and the photos i took came out awsome. Not a long wait either. Great Ride.
Really good safari ride AM is a good time to visit, the earlier the better
This is a neat ride that begins as a beautiful ride through a animal habitat. You will (hopefully) see giraffe, rhino, elephants, lions, and many more! The helpful tour guide will point out and name the animals for you. Another great perk is that both filming and photography are allowed, so you could have nice video/photography of the animals. I reccomend riding as soon as the park opens because A ) There will be little to no wait, and B ) The animals are most active in the morning!
This was fun and it gave you a chance to relax with a fun twist at the end to stop a poacher from killing a elephant/rhino (i forget which)
Let’s see, I live near Omaha. Henry Doorly Zoo is one of the tops in the world. Kilimanjaro Safaris should also be. Even though it is not technically a zoo, you will find a little bit of everything in this grandiose tour of the African Plains. The tour guide takes you on a magical journey. On the way you will not only see tons of animals, they will be almost on top of you. Disney spent a ton of money on re-creating the native lands of these animals and you must see it. If you see nothing else while at the Animal Kingdom, See the Kilimanjaro Safaris Tour!
This is a must see at Animal Kingdom it was nice to see the animals without cages around them. Its very educational also.
The ride itself relies on your tour guide. The first time I went on this ride, my tour guide was really enthusiastic and enjoyable. When I rode it later that day, I had a different guide who was more boring and didnt seem to care about the plot as much. Its kind of hard to score it, but Id say it gets a solid 8.
My favorite ride in the park. Saw a whole bunch of animals, a giraffe walked right out in front of us, and there was an Ostrich within arms reach. Very clever ways to keep the dangerous animals away from us, but still close, as well as a rough ride that adds to the effect.
i got very good pictures on this safari better then i did on rhino rally also it was cool because most of the animals got really close to the car the only bad part is the lions were behind that big boulder.
My tour guide for Kilomanjaro Safaris was really cool and made our trip really enjoyable. We got to see dozens of animals, yet we missed out on many because they were asleep.
