Best ride in Orlando. A bit short but much more intense then Hulk.
As for roller coasters go, the actual coaster isnt anything special. True, it was the first launched coaster in central florida, but its been out done by the hulk. But as for In-door roller coasters go, this is the best because of its theming. Everything from the preshow to the actual ride itself are great. Aerosmith is another plus... I suppose the Mummy coaster at universal will beat this though from what it sounds like so far.
As far as indoor rollercoasters go, its hard to beat this one. Speed, sound, special effects (ok, maybe he effects are somewhat lame). But, its a great ride and a giant step toward what I want from Disney in the future!
Who would have thought that Floridas best roller coaster would be in MGM Studios?? This ride is so much fun. The inital launch through the tunnel is better than the launch on the Incredible Hulk Coaster. The whole coaster is in the dark with Aerosmith music blasting in the background. There is not a coaster like it in the US. Its truly original and I enjoyed every second of it. DO NOT MISS this coaster if you go to MGM studios.
The launch is incredible but the layout isnt really great. The theming is cool and the queue is great too.
this is disney best coaster the theming ,boost , and music ROCKS!
Who says Disney cant build a great coaster? Heres proof. Ive been on 70 of them and this
is #5. All indoors in the dark with neon lighting
and Aerosmith in your ears, speed and loops for
everybody makes it a great ride, even if the stat
sheet isnt.
ONE OF THE BEST RIDES EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Its got the Disney magic, its got flips, it got a rockey blasting launch, and its very smooth, it also in the dark!!!!!!!!!!!
This was a good coaster, even more than I was expecting. This was my 1st experience with a full-circuit launched coaster, and it was a good start. The blast was exhilarating, launching from 0-60 in less than 4 seconds while in a dark tunned with photo flashes going off and the great tunes in the ear. On my 1st ride, I thought that the ride began with just a loop, but actually, it was two entangled inversions (somehow- I still couldnt figure it out on later rides). The rest of the ride was great too- with tight turns and well-paced speed, but what I liked most was being in the dark, and at the last second, being able to see other track and getting a suprising head-chopping effect (for a 63 guy at least). Also, the signs were cool, but I wasnt sure if they were real (which I thought at first) or is they were projected or something. Anyway, overall, the ride was very good, at least good enough to slide into my Top 10 for a while until I expanded my repetoire. This one isnt in my top 10 but was still fun. The best? Hardly, but my girlfriend loved it so thats a plus
This is a delightful change for WDW offering a "THRILL RIDE" and a thrilling ride to say the least
