This was all around one of the best hypercoaster in the world! It had the turns, airtime, and speed that any coaster fanatic would die for. One of the best aspects of the ride was the bunnyhills at the end and the hammerheads, you felt as if you were about to fall out! Also, I liked the signs going up the hill, sayoing how high you were compared to different buildings around the world, that was cool!

WOW an excellent coaster. It is one of my favs at the park. when the coaster came out in 2001 I was like WOW. You have to ride it.

Nitro is a great mega. The clamshell restraints make you feel very unsafe, and there is a ton of floater air. Quite a few trims, and a MCBR, but the bunny hops at the end make up for them.

Wow... Im glad this was my first hyper, but the bad thing is that I dont think any other hyper will be able to compare! The first drop is great, and the entire ride is incredibly smooth. I waited only about 10 minutes to ride in the morning, but by late afternoon it had a 40 minute wait. I didnt think the lift hill was slow at all but to those who do think so, its good for building suspense. I loved the helix, hammerhead and second drop as well, but nothing Ive been on can beat that intense first drop. Props to B&M for creating my favorite coaster!

I loved this ride.The first drop is awesome and the length of the ride is also good.

This ride is pure fun. It has drop after drop and airtime hill after airtime hill, and an awesome, intense, helix to boot. My favorite parts are the hills leading to and from the Hammerhead turn, the helix, and the last 3-4 bunny hills that give that tickle of airtime. The restraints are also VERY comfortable. B&M should consider the Clamshell restraint for all of their coasters, looping or not.

This coaster is by far the most EXPLOSIVE coaster in the world. First drop of 215 ft (feels even taller) sends you plummeting down at 80 mph. Then, you make a 189 ft ascent and then dive down to the left. The feeling of weightlessness is amazing! After the first two drops, the best parts of this coaster are the extremely intense helix and the hammerhead. The bunny hops towards the end give some nice pops of airtime. This is my second favorite hyper-coaster after Superman Ride of Steel at SFNE, which is a better "overall" coaster. However, Nitro has the scarier, more powerful first drop. When i got there i just looked up and was like "damn." It was a ride to remember, being my first hypercoaster. You must ride this coaster. Easily a world top 10.

AWESOME RIDE!!!!!!!!! BEST RIDE IN THE PARK!!!!! IT LOOKS SCARY BUT ITS NOT ITS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!! Okay Ill admit, the first drop is scary as hell.. BUT AFTER THAT ITS REALLY NOT THAT BAD.. AND IM A WUSS!!

I loved it! SROS (SFNE of course) is better but this ride packs a major punch with great airtime.

nicely designed cars allow a range of movement. on the inner seat through the turns you feel like you will fall right out. nice air time on the bunny hops. The fastest moving line of any giga coaster. Very good but not quite as good as MF, AC, Magnum XL or SROS
