This ride does give you monster air-time. On every hill, you are forced to stand up out of your seat! It is amazing.
it had a good first drop but after that it just seemed to be boring...
Airtime but ouch. Pretty good though.
Times ridden: 5+ ~ Ride experience: 9 ~ Layout: 9 ~ Thrill factor: 8 ~ Airtime: 10 ~ Evaluation: Big Dipper is a classic gem, and the oldest coaster Ive been on. The ride recieved retracking over the past few years which really improved the rides experience. The airtime on this monster never seem to stop till the train hits the brakes. Feaaturing only a bar and a seatbelt, the riders are almost always out of their seats, a must ride at Geauga Lake!
Tons of air-time on this ride! With nothing but an old lapbar that doesnt do anything, but over every hill I got tons of air-time, great ride.
Do not be fooled by the hieght of this ride. The airtime of this ride is insane. You will be out of your seat half of the ride gaurenteed.
I am glad to still have a classic coaster built by a classic designer. The phrase old but good applies here.
This ride deserves more praise than it is getting. I mean it has a great layout, though short in height, and the only thing I can complain about is that the last time I rode it is was with someone who, to put it nicely, had a weight problem, and I couldnt move anywhere but up, I mean I was able to stand up in the train on the way up the lift! A very good coaster!
OK, omg, how can you people NOT give this one-of-a-kind coaster a 10?!?!? I mean thru the whole thing your off your seat, i mean at times i was practically standing. Yeah there a few rough spots, but o well, the ride rocks!
Good airtime every where, but in last row, its insane! Expect to be almost standing in the back as you get launched from the seat. Never lets up!
