Intamin proves their superiority yet again with another amazing creation. Wonderful first drop, tons of airtime, intensity galore - its the full package.

Ive been going to Riverside park (its former name) and the new updates have been great. Superman, ride of steel is a great coaster, but not an excellent one. Compared to similar coasters, the speed and airtime are on par, but not exceptional. Best part of the ride has to be the inverted drop into the cave. Seriously, youll be smiling from that alone. A good ride, but not the best.

Truly a great ride by all standards...this thing is HUGE!!!! However I still like Nitro more. You float on Nitro like no ride I have ever been on, but the airtime is different on SROS. As someone mentioned before its like ejecter seat airtime, similar to that of Desperado in Nevada. Dont get me wrong I love it!!!! But Ive been on better.

While I do not think that this coaster is the number 1 steel, or the number 1 ride in the park, this ride proves that STEEL COASTERS ALSO RULE!!! The first drop is awesome. It is my 2nd favortie drop (you know what 1st is...) The layout is awesome. And the ride is airtime-filled. The tunnels on this coaster are really cool (mist is great). All in all, a great ride. However, I like Cyclone a little bit more. I guess my theory works at SFNE too. WOOD COASTERS RULE!!!

Millenium force would be a 10 but Superman ROS is a 10+. There was too much strait track on MF which gives the nod to SROS. The coaster is amazing. It combines speed, drops and airtime like no other coaster on this planet. Thats why it was voted #1 coaster in the World.

This was a pretty good ride but I definetly think that MF is much better. But this ride is still great it has a great drop too.

This ride rules!!!! Whenever i get off of it Im so mad im getting off of it and not on! For all those who think millennium force is better, your on crack! Superman has less strait track and more airtime filled camelbacks! Not to mention awsome helixes. Deserves a full 10

Undoubtedly, this ride is by far the best addition that Six Flags has made to this park since they bought it. To say that this coaster is a thriller would be a massive understatement. This was the first hypercoaster that I ever rode, and it dispelled my notion that the best roller coasters had to have inversions.

The two mist-filled tunnels are a novel concept, and the plentiful airtime on the hills is extremely impressive just about anywhere in the coaster -- for the record, I have ridden it in the middle, in the extreme back, and in the front half of the train (but not yet the extreme front; hopefully that will change soon) -- but the ride is, in my opinion, most intense in the back.

If you visit Six Flags New England, it is imperative that you ride this at least once -- and preferably multiple times -- before leaving.
