The first drop in the back row with your legs sticking straight out still packs a punch.
This is my favorite steel coaster. Its just a great ride. It has everything I want in a coaster, comfortable open seats, a great first drop, lots of airtime, very smooth and fast. Everytime my friends and I ride this we cant stop laughing from the pure fun of this coaster. It combines just enought thrills to make it scary, but not so much where it takes away from the enjoyment of the ride.
Ah the seats are comfy just lke on every other B&M. Its not as tall as many rides anymore but that doesnt mean thats its not as fun! I thought the drop was still great and it was a good long and intense ride.
I like this ride since it is so smooth compared to many of the other aging coasters in the park. The simple restraint system also makes it fun as you imagine the silly little lap pad may pop open and off you go!
AWESOME airtime and a great ride. The restraints, the speed, the first drop, all added up to some great fun. Im taking away a point mainly because the airtime is sooooo good at the drops, that the turns and the helixs become a waste of time to me (too flat of an area, although thats typical for smooth B&Ms). They keep the ride from being widely intense and non-stop ... I just had too much time to breath in between.
This is a great B&M hypercoaster. It has a great first drop and a banked second hill. If you go to SFGA, ride it! It is worth any wait.
This is my favorite ride at SFGA and one of top 10 for sure. The first drop just yanks you down, and the second hill (banked) is just incredible. Lots of airtime on this one, and it is a very long ride. Fast and fun, its the one ride to go on at Great America.
This coaster is almost perfect. Take out the trims and the midcourse and this would be my favorite coaster. My #2 behind Top Thrill Dragster and infront of Millennium Force.
This is one of my favorite rides at the park! Sitting in the front row is DEFINITALLY worth the wait, but next time I go Ill have to try for the back concidering I heard its also good. One suggestion tho, make a single rider line! Theres LOTS of open seats and I know that a lot of the time we have one rider extra or something! It would defintally make the lines go faster and make for fuller cars!!!! Just a thought!
During the first drop of 208 ft. of track there is a lot of intensity and a huge reason of why it is 73 mph. After it banks you into the first turn the ride is pretty average and it doesnt appear to be worth the wait. Still a great ride and it deserves a 9.
