Its boring. It used to excite me, but not anymore.
A really great hyper. I have rode this several times and each time I still continue to really enjoy the smooth ride. This is the smoothest ride I have ever been on. There is absolutely no jerks or rough braking spots. I really like the lap bar ( if that is even what you would call it). I think is nice looking coaster, in an area that Six Flags is trying to actually theme. A very good coaster.. definatley the best at Six Flags Great America.
Best in the park. Awesome speed, great length, and comfertable trains. The trains were loaded fast as well. I loved how all you had protecting you was a little lap bar and nothing else. Not even a seatbelt.
Times ridden: 1 ~ Ride experience: 9 ~ Layout: 10 ~ Appearance: 8 ~ Thrill factor: high ~ Airtime factor: high ~ Reride factor: high ~ Evaluation: Thank God for Fastpass! Even though they run three trains and do a good job at dispatching them, the line for Raging Bull never seems to die down (on my visit anyways). After riding, I can understand why. Raging Bull isnt an average hyper coaster. Sure, it has those massive hills and moments of airtime, but the layout is twisted, making the ride very unpredictable for the first time rider. The people below you get smaller and smaller as you go higher and higher up the lift hill. Once on the top, riders get a nice view of the park and waterpark, but not for long. The train plummets more than 70mph into a tunnel, after that, the train will make its way through more twists and turns, hops and drops, before giving you time to think about what just happened while the train slowly comes to a halt in the station. If youre looking for a thrill packed coaster, Raging Bull wont dissapoint.
I thought I was justified in expecting a similar ride to Apollos Chariot and Nitro based on their comparable length, first drop and car design.
I rode twice in the back because that where I enjoy the hypers the most. Boy, was I disappointed and am torn if this deserves a 7 or an 8. The air nowhere near the level of AC or Nitro (or many other steel coasters I can list). The ride was smooth and it did move at a fast clip but I just didnt find it all that and thrilling. Again not a bad ride but not enough to make me want to reride over and over again
This is easily one of my top 5 favorite rides. Its insanely smooth, deceptively fast and it chews through the line so you always feel like youre moving. (unless someone upchucks all over a row of seats, then things slow down a bit). I could honestly ride this thing all day, its fantastic.
so high and so smooth, i loved this ride from the start, and it will always be one of my favs.
Raging Bull was my first hyper twister. Raging bull is smooth, and the seats are very comfortable. Raging bull is 5,057 feet of joy and airtime. The first drop is about 208 feet tall, that sounds small compared to some coasters, but its still one of my favorite rides around. I rode bull three times and had to leave Great America. All 3 of my rides were fantastic!
I just rode this ride in the rain. Oh man was it great. That hill is high, I think the second highest hill Ive been. Expect mf at cp. I love it when you go through the tunnel. Just a great ride.
love this ride i love how it is so comfortable it is smooth any that has not rode this ride they have to it is the best
