Currently, the longest, and fastest ride in the park. Good for first time riders, but it gets old after that. The inital climb, and big drop into the tunnel, are the only spectacular things on the ride. There is a camera on the ride. Long lines at times. I like to save it for the last ride of the night.

I finally went back to Great America and finally rode this coaster. I LOVED it! The first drop took me by surprise. It was sudden and steep! Another B&M winner!

Raging Bull really surprised me. After hearing from numerous sources that this was the weakest US B&M hyper installation, I wasnt expecting too much. It had been raining all day, and this thing completely rocked my world. That first drop from the back seat is easily the best drop Ive ever experienced. It beat the pants off of Sheikras drop, a coaster designed to do nothing but drop well. That first drop from the back seat felt like I had jumped off a building, and was descending to my doom. The nice clamshell resraints barely held me in. Did I mention that the B&M hyper seats are the greatest coaster seats Ive yet to experience? The rest of the ride after the drop was excellent as well. The MCBR did *not* kill the ride, but this could have been due to the rain. Ill re-evaluate this coaster the next time I go to Great America, but for now I can only judge it based on my existing riding experience.

This has got to be, one of the greatest rides in six flags history.

Everything just seems so perfect about it. Smooth ride, incredible drops, you get the "no weight" sensation on some of the drops. After the first drop, when you go into the tunnel, its just incredible, you just shoot through, and see the blue sky, and plenty of track to go through ;-).

Recommendation: Try to hit this ride up at night, if you are a season pass member, when you can stay after hours (9:00 c - 11:00 pm c) (closing times varies.)

Summary: Incredible ride, gets great height, smooth, first drop is increidble. If I could give this ride ranking, its a 10 during the daytime and an 11 at night.

Somehow, this thing placed in the 80th percentile of my coasters, hence the 8. However, I came off thinking it was a 7 tops. It sucks to see the coaster the way it is - the first drop is my favorite of the B&M hypers, limited merely to the US installations. the tunnel is cool and overbank - well, I would have appreciated it had there not been 2 or 3 on the ride The hill headed back should produce wild air, but the big bad trim simply kills momentum and itstead of launching the riders into orbit, they are left struggling up off their ass in the way the train struggles to crest the hill. The rest of the ride is noticably tame and lacking where Id imagine there used to be wicked air. The bunny hops are nice, but probably the least favorite on the B&M hypers Ive ridden. Overall - a fun ride, no doubt, but I cant call it an incredible coaster or anything like that, at least not how I rode it.

An awesome ride. Regardless if SFGA is your homepark or you are just visiting, this B&M Hypercoaster (the first one they designed as such) is a MUST RIDE!!! Part out and back and part twister- this is as smooth a steel coaster as you are ever gonna get. First seats provide a great view and a number of different Pop-Up Airtime Occasions, and the last car is great for the unrelenting speed. There is a block brake, but it does not terribly diminish the speed on traversing it. High-Capacity ride (most days with three trains) so the queue moves along pretty briskly. Highly Re-ridable!!!

This ride was amazing! The drop is intense and the speed seems to remain constant. However, since the new trims were added it decreases speed quickly. I rode it before and after the trims. Without the trims=10---With the trims=8 So, ill rate it a nine.
