This ride right here is a woodie coaster and is so crayz fun and awesone. I like roller coaster because its so fun to ride. Its a real fast paste ride. It zoom around the track and I like the drop and the unexpected twist and turns. And my faviorte part is the dark tunnel beacuse the reason why I like the dark tunnel is you can't see where you going and that what so awesolme and thriling too.

Pretty good mine train coaster that looks great. There were very few drops, but thats expected. The hidden layout was fun though as it traveled low to the ground and had some good helixes, especially the last one.

nice family ride...nothing impressive...just it gets cool that it goes through a "little" woods...I almost fell out of the car because I had my hands up...I was kinda scared about that...but besides that I think It is a nice family ride for all ages...it is much more fun at night!...It is about 5x better at night!

Carolina Goldrusher is a steel sit down roller coaster. (Mine Train) It was built in 1973. It was built by Arrow. It is 43' tall, it is 2,397' long, This mine train has alot of good elements to it. It has speed, air time, alot of curves, tunnels and helixes. This is one of my favorite mine trains. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.

This is a very nice little mine train coaster. It has some beautiful locomotives at the front of the trains(one red, one blue). The station house is very nice and rustic looking giving that old time feeling. It goes up the lift hill and picks up some solid speed. You take some tight turns and head halfway underground into a helix. Up another hill, and down through a tunnel. It is quick enough to give kids a semi-scary ride and very smooth. Seems a little flat at points but nothing too bad. Dont touch the walls when you are in the block brakes before reentering the station, there is gum and chewing tobacco everywhere! Nice huh, powerwasher anyone? I wont count that against the ride though. It is a pretty nice mine train.

I thought that the Carolina Goldrusher was an excellent Mine Train coaster. You start off by noticing the beautiful trains, which were very well-maintanined. The locomotive front end alone adds a point. The ride itself was pretty good too. The first half was a bit boring, but the second half was pretty darn fun. The helix was nice, and the location was cool too, with trees and the tunnel being taken into account there. The ride is of medium length for a mine train, and it is just so pleasing to see it well-kept after all of these years, unlike other at parks. One bad thing about it, and pretty much any old coaster for me at least, is that it was very very cramped. If I remember correctly, this train didnt have seat dividers, which is always a plus though. After just 1 ride, I was very satisfied, and would have to say this surpasses the Dahlonega Mine Train and Goldrusher @ Magic Mountain as my favorite mine train. I almost want to give an 8, but I will settle with the 7 for now

This was a neat little mine ride, I was hoping for something a little more, but still a fun little ride

Classic Arrow mine train (With the rare locomotive fronts on the trains)

Very unusual compared to most other mine trains. Was built on a peninsuala out in the middle of what use to be the parks lagoon, so the track is laid out in an "L" shape.

Oh man, if there was ever something called "a boring ride". I could have slept right there on this thing. Ride it once, then never again. The final tunnel was pretty neat, Ill admit that, but please take it down or something. Still somewhat better than the other mine ride coasters I have been on, at least this one has some theming to it.

I give this an 8 on one the highest ratings I have given a mine car ride to date. The frame is all wood. This ride has excellent theming and landscaping, includes two lift hills, two tunnels and three helixes, you get headchoppers and your hands even hit the leaves on trees in one part. I still think Road Runner Express at SFFT is a better mine car ride for thrills but ambiance makes this an equal experience. Overall River King Mine at SFStL is my favorite mine car ride
