Whenever I go to Darien Lake, I always make a stop at this rollercoaster. Its pretty fun. Its not as much as a head-banger as The Mind Eraser, and its not as dizzying as the Boomerang, and its not as bumpy and rickity as the Predator. So, I guess this is the second best rollercoaster in the park. The lines are unbelievable; the wait is approx. 5 minutes long!!!! Usually, you can get a seat as soon as you walk in! Fun ride, dont miss it.
Well, what can i say! it doesnt have a 300 or 400 ft. drop height, it doesnt have 12 inversions, it doesnt go 100 or 120 mph, it doesnt use LIM, and it isnt the longest rollercoaster in the world....but that doesnt matter sometimes. five inversions, 120 ft. tall, 3100 ft. long, and 50 mph, and i love it. i love the inverse boomerang, and the double corkscrew, its all right where it belongs. I dont care if it doesnt set any records, its still a classic coaster, and one of the best there is in my book! i also love the sound of the lift, that chain, the new coasters, B&M, and Intamin, and even Vekoma, cant compare to the sound of a classic coaster chain lift. am i right, or am i right?!?!!!
A good ride. Exciting elements. Nice tunnel and helix. A must ride if you visit this park!
A very fun coaster, but is very bumpy. The double corkscrew is the highlight of this ride.
Ahh, my god what did I do to deserve such a painful trip?!(Joke) Most Arrow loopers are terrible head bangers, and this one is no exception. I liked that there is a dirty little put put corse right under the corkscrews. If they were to clean up that put-put I would increase the rating. I also enjoyed the tunneled helix at the end of the ride.
A fun coaster with some good moments, especially the cork screw. However, the OTSRs are rough on the neck and ears, so not one that I could re-ride very often.
Well, it was the first "big" coaster i ever rode (1982, a damn long time ago). Not a whole lot excitement anymore seeing as how Im not five anymore. But its still an Arrow, I gotta give it that.
Good looper. I like the fact that its usually a walk on, even sometimes for the front and back seats. Viper would be an 8 if it wasnt for that headbanging boomerang which jams your head into the restraints. Besides that the well-paced ride. is pretty good
This was a fun Arrow looper. it was very smooth and the tunnel at the end really caught me off gaurd. It was a good ride.
this ride was fun, but it was pretty rough and it lost a lot since the last time i rode it.
