The Lil' Phantom is a steel roller coaster(junior) It was built in 1996. It was built by Molina & Sons. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a long duration, and a large capacity.

I know this is just a kiddie coaster, but it holds a special place with me as I rode it with my nephew, and it was his first coaster ride. He had a blast and was laughing wildly and throwing his hands up, which just meant a great time for me. As far as kiddie coasters go, this ones pretty decent, and I love how they painted the track and train to match up with the big brother Phantom at the front of the park.

Amazing thrills. Stunning scenery. The reason why I came to Kennywood. Nothing can truly describe how awesome this ride is. OK, Im just joking, its merely another kiddie coaster, this one of the rarer Molina & Sons form, but it will always have a place in my heart since it was credit #300.
