nice interaction with other coasters and rides, but it moves way too slow. The final helix is the only worthwhile part.
its a cool ride... i mean come on a first ride... its got some nice views of the park GOOD RIDE FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS! umm yah just go mess around and have a good time on it yell at people on other rides and stuff!
classic but not all that fun.
Im not gonna start off by saying that this ride is BOOOOOOORING. Its a family coaster, and its not entirely boring.
There is a nice drop off of the first and second lift hills, and then it gets pretty boring until the end where you hit a sudden drop and an intense helix. Overall not a bad family coaster, but Im rating on intensity level.
it was okay. It fells like it shouldnt be fun but kind of is. Worth the short line and gave me another point in the number of coasters i have ridden.
An average mine ride, not nearly as good as Adventure Express at PKI, but still pretty good. And just as AE, no line, which was a heaven sent on the day I went, long lines EVERYWHERE.
These are some of the better Arrow rides and I enjoyed this one better than the River King Mine Train at SFStl. It uses the terrain well, threading under the water flume and going along the hillside. The lift that faces Superman the Escape is pretty cool, and then you fly around the station of Superman. Overall, I like this ride quite a bit.
I love this ride because its good for anyone who is scared of most rollercasters and it makes great use of some the scenrey in the park. I also like it because it is a walk on, and you do have to give it some creadit since its the parks first coaster.
This is a pretty cool Arrow mini coaster (Im assuming its Arrow cause its similar to the Dahonogna Mine Train). The ride does pack some good intensity in the helixes, and it uses some great scenery, incorporating the hill, the trees, as well as a tunnel under S:TEs station and around the water ride (I cant remember which one it was). Overall, a great first-coaster experience, if you are about 6 or 7.Well, it is an Arrow and I still think its one of the better Mine trains. Mountainous terrain, a scenic setting (trees galore) and a not-so-painful experience add up to a good mine train, but no world-class thrill machine (duh)
Great for kids! Although it has multiple lift hills that slows you down, and it can get a bit rough, for the most part, its a pretty decent roller coaster that even the most wimpy can enjoy. You go right next to Arrowhead Splashdown and Superman, which is cool! Wouldnt wait more than 15 mins for it though.
