This thing hurt!!! i dont see why everyone is so crazy about this ride, it sucks. i cant believe that people actually like riding this ride its just painful and not to mention boring.
Insane to say the least. However it wasnt the "be all end all" of coasters (for me, at least) that many people tend to find it to be. Great disorienting rotations, but I got stapled in pretty good by a ride-op and was quite a bit uncomfortable with my rib cage being crushed. Perhaps that had a little to do with my take on the ride. Just misses the top 20 on my personal list and squeaks in at #20 if you limit that list to steel coasters. Definitely a top notch ride and one you must experience.
Simply the greatest ride ive ever been on. Just got back from Magic mountain. It is the closest any ride has gotten to the sensation of flying. My only complaint is how many delays there were, however the staff was very nice and happy to explaine what was going on.
Wow, this ride was pretty insane! This ride is amazing and unbelieveable! I just wish they would run the ride at maximum capicity and have better ride ops!
I was really worried about riding this one because I had heard only good things. I did not want to base my opinion off of others. But this may be the best ride in the world. It has surprises, is fast, and just plain fun. It does beat you up a little bit. Tall people will take alot of punishment. I wouldnt be surprised if in a couple of years it gets torn down. Right now it is new and it is taboo to say anything bad about it. Once the new ride smell wears off though, the critics will come out and I think alot of complaints will arise. The lines are terrible only because the ride ops are terrible. They act like it is social hour. It take about 4 or 5 minutes to get the thing going. Make no mistake about it, however, this is the ONLY ride like it(for now).
This is the coolest most awesomest and just the plain best coaster running. The wait is long but the ride makes up for it and more. The first drop is awesome. Ride in the front your first time. It will be worth the extra wait. If you are tall like me, dont ride in the back you will come back in pain. Your legs are thrown around like a rag doll. If your legs are just the right size your calves would hit the bottom of the seat and leave you in pain for a while

I was able to ride this in the front row the first time around and OMG! I have never freaked out more on a coaster, it wasnt the drops or anything, it was the anticipation. The drop was cool but my favorite part was the first raven turn, and that flip where the track flips and you filp is the most disorienting part of any coaster I have been one. It isnt perfectly smooth, In hit my head several times on the back but it makes up for it.
What can I say but Whoa!!!! That ride is whoa. This is the illest coaster ever. Fo Sho.
X is easily the best coaster I have ever been on. The first time I went on it was at night and it was just incredible. The view from the lift is beautiful, you can see most of the park, and then insanity ensues, the first drop is amazing, but the feeling of not knowing whats next after that is even better, the feeling is unparraleled. The second time I went on it didnt live up to the first, but I didnt think it would since I knew what to expect.
X. Greatest coaster. Ever!
