The dive show just isnt the same anymore. It used to be a pure dive show, based around aerial acrobatics performed while plunging into a diving well. The dives used to be awesome, with the diver perched high atop a thin, narrow and 10m-or-so tall platform. They used to flip and spin and do some really neat stuff, but nowadays, oh it has changed. I took in the show just this afternoon, and it was a poor atempt at a comedy with water elemetns. The jokes werent terribly funny, the acting was meager, the crowd interaction was at par, and worst of all, the high dive is now a mere 3m or so, hardly daring. Its not as good as it used to be, so that was a big letdown. Fortunately, it is of decent length (20 mins), and you can sit in the "splash zone" and get slightly wet from la mer du lame. A slightly below average show once its all taken into consideration.
