I previously had rated this ride a 5, but that was because I had the most painful ride I had ever had on any roller coaster on it previously. Now that I ride it again, this is probably my #2 coaster at the moment. I cant believe I didnt like this masterpiece. Such a great ride. One of the craziest coasters in the world. Its a little rough, but that just adds to this coaster. The drops are crazy and the airtime is great as well. Easily the best wooden coaster I have ever been on.

This rollercoaster is a really tough ride. It is very hard to get through. It is a wooden coaster, I know, but it tries to hard to give a thrilling ride and a wooden coaster experience.

This ride lived up to its awesome reputation in every way. I enjoyed the covered first drop and from there this ride never relented. It became particularly fierce and its second run out after the first turn around. It makes a mean left turn and hauls. Parts of the ride reminded me of the velocity of Boulderdash and the end certainly rivaled the last third of The Texas Giant. If this coaster is #11 on the Wooden Internet Poll, you have to salivate to ride the top ten.

The best wooden coaster I have been on. Its fun and fast. Someday I want to see someone make a looping wooden. Its possible, they just need to make the loop steel.

Excellent wooden roller coaster! Ride the front and back seats for the best rides. Love the way that the ride goes out into the parking lot and then back into the park, kind of unique. Overall great ride.

Ive ridden a few wooden coasters and didnt find them something special or even didnt like then (Psyclone) - until i rode GhostRider. This Ride is a blast! Fast, intense, fun, surprising, ...

I spent a good 4 hours in the lines for this monster (rode it 4 times though, 2 in the very back, one from the very back and the very front). All I can say is if you have not ridden GhostRider after the sun has gone down you have not ridden GhostRider. In the back seat you are yanked over the first drop and the bottom of the drop is insanely intense, some decent laterals and airtime but once you get to the scenic turn it becomes clear that the next bit will fling you everywhere. At night in the back seat the drop after the scenic turn is insanity! Flinging you out of you seat and makes you convinced your head is going to slap into a head chopper, after that it is a blur, it combines dips, turns and flying wood brilliantly, several doses of good airtime is for sure until you hop into the powerful helix. A great ride in the day, but a superb one at night. It is a little rough because of the strong forces pulled but I can completely look past that.

Strap on your belt, pull the lap bar down and get ready for a fast, twisting, sharp-turning, sudden-dropping, out-of-control,long ride filled with drops!!!

GREAT woodie. a real top 10 ride

Definitely the best wooden coaster of all time, this one is just so awesome. With some killer drops and bunny hops, and many twists and turns into places that you cannot even see, this ride is just killer.
