Way too painful. Prepare to have an aching neck, especially if you are over like 5'5". I like the chance Trabant much more. It's a carnival version, which are never as good as park models.

This ride is really painful. You get very squished into the person next to you, and the gravity and stuff really hurts your neck. Otherwise, it&#39.s an okay ride.

This is the first portable chance wipeout I have ever been on. Overall I wasnt Impressed. The ride cycle was identical to SFNEs Jokers wild card. it was short and actually much more painful. The rides speed was reasonably good but ran really rough. could definitely use a rehab. but if they want to keep it enough to rehab it they should consider getting a park model.

Rye Playlands Wipeout is a fun ride that is much better than the old trabant rides Chance made. Located straight ahead from the park entrance, Wipeout is painted white. The rides backround looks interesting with quite a few images and the rides name in big letters. Always a walk-on because of how Wipeout seats 40 people per cycle, you can either ride facing forwards or backwards. I like backwards better, but theyre both good. Taking a long time to load, unload, and check the restraints, Wipeouts operators do the best they can. Once Wipeout begins, you start spinning around pretty quickly, until the ride elevates. When you travel over the top, you get some good pops of air-time. After a few spins when the ride reaches its maximum height, the ride lowers and continues spinning very quickly creating some very powerful laterals. Overall, Wipeout is a short but satisfying ride at Rye Playland that fans of spinning rides and thrill-seekers shouldnt miss. Not as good as the one at Canobie, people should have strong stomachs to ride Wipeout.

I love wipeouts/trabants. Goes up and down and around, makes you feel like your riding a wave.

A standard Wipeout ride, I am not crazy about these. Shouldnt be a center piece attraction.

A standard wipeout ride, which is another brand of trabant.
