Although many people complain about this ride, it is a great coaster. It is action-packed all the way to the end. The speed is great and right after one element another one begins!

One of only two stand-up iv been on, but deffinitely the better of the two! the inclined loop is the best part! Go B&M!!

Ive not ridden enough stand-up coasters to compare this to anything. My complaint about a stand-up is that the ride is the same in every seat for me except in the front. This is what I think, others may think differently. The first drop into the vertical loop is a good rush and the rest of the ride has good speed and turns. The pain factor for me lowered this score because it makes my knees hurt and I have already torn my anterior cruciate ligament once so I can only ride this when I have been working out and my knee feels good.

Mantis is a good, but not great B&M stand-up. The first drop has an annoying trim brake. However the inversions are fun, and the ride time is long. The line moves slowly and builds up quickly.

I liked the ride, it had a good layout and goo placement, BUT it hurt mt legs quite a bit. And there is one major flaw, and i think u ALL know what im talking about. UMMMM what is that thing on the bottom of the drop??? ITS A TRIM BRAKE!!! what!?!?!?! u start moving down the awesome drop then...CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK! ur going SLOWER!!

No! It just hurts to much. Imagine it flowing backwards with floorless trains. Capacity would be up. And the layout is perfect for it. The swoop and drop. And the forward Gs would translate to a weightless sensation in those nice bucket seats. Come on CP.. just try one train.

From the first drop to the end it is just non-stop action, speed, and fun! Inversion after inversion, element after element, this ride is pure fun.

Sat in the front seat for this ride and loved it. Its a very quick coaster and the inversions are great.

I have to say that Mantis is one of worst rides I have ever been on. Boo hiss to Mantis. Every year I tell myself that I will never get on it again- but the next year I say to myself- "Maybe they worked out the problems" But they never do. The ride jsut is not comfortable enough to warrent a same day re-ride.
