Probably the best I have ridden as far as thrill. I was in line for the first time the year it opened and was listening to some kids talk about the differences between position on the train, esp. the front. I asked them about it and said if it was my first time, wait the extra time to get in the front car. They were very right. If you have never ridden this ride it is worth every second to ride in the very front. You will see why when you do!!! I will give Alpengeist a 10 on that first ride alone, although there are bigger, better, and faster now, that first thrill is still a 10 to me.

My second favorite coaster of all time. I like hanging below the track and almost hitting all the ski buildings. It really looks like you will hit a couple of times.

Best Inverted Coaster Ive ever ridden its #1. #2 is Katun then Montu Then Raptor The Pyrnees.

This is absoluty the best coaster in the world. theres just so much to love about it. good air time, great gs, so many unexpected twists and turns. even though Ive ridden 79 times, it still has suprises every time. keeps me coming back every year!!! A pretty strong pull, considering Im in new york.

Opening year? A solid 8, maybe a 9. With the brakes, its YAFBM (Yet another Forceless B&M).

Some intense moves here and there(especially the cobra roll), but never really ties it all together for the 10. Good for about 5 rides, but Apollos Chariot is where to spend your time.

This ride is my most favorite inverted coaster in the world.... nothing can beat Alpengeist!!! Last spring break 2001.. went there for Washington D.C. for school trip but stop there williamsburg first... first thing when we are close to the Busch Garden... I saw Alpengeist and i almost weeping in cheerful feeling because I knew someday i will get a chance to ride it so i rode it 7 or 8 times i think until it was a time to leave... I almost cried because i may not bear it to leave that ride.... i think i got the feeling for that specific coaster!!! Go Alpengeist!!!

This one ties for my favorite inverted. I love all the inversions and the theming cant be beat.
