Ughhh, this is one of the worst wooden coasters out there. A totally un-enjoyable experience, it didnt have a certain click like other wooden, and it gave me a terrible headache.
The first time I went on it the ride got stuck on the lift hill. I liked it anyway.
Awesome my second woodie ever
Ahhhhh bah to this ride. I rode the left and was very unimpressed. The ride has minimal airtime and normally that wouldnt be too bad except that this is an out and back! thus making the ride rather boring. Also, the noise this ride makes is extremely annoying as the coaster screams for some grease.
This ride is really scary only because all you can think is "This thing is going to collapse." The noises make it seem like you are going to go flying off the track. There is almost never a line, which is a shame because it is a good, fun ride, and the parks only woodie. Please Six Flags, just use a little paint and replace some rotted wood, and the crowds will come and ride this classic!
This ride was ok. I guess it would be better if it didnt feel like it was going to break every 2 seconds.
a great wooden coaster would be over a 10 if it was rehabbed
Six Flags should be punished for what they have done to this coaster. It could be a good ride ( a 7 or 8 )with some paint, oil, and TLC. As it is, it just barely gets around making horrible squelling noises. If you get a chance, ride it when the tracks are wet right after some rain. It will suddenly come to life and show just how good it could be.
Good: Track Design, Noise, Queue Lenghth and Racing Effect (when they are using it).
Bad: The Way it is Maintained and How Often it is Stuck on the Lift Hill.
A decent woodie, though clearly not in the same league with El Toro. It is better when they race the two sides, as they did on my last trip.
