A very fun, zippy caterpillar...this type of theming was interesting and pretty well-executed. Children may have trouble on this ride because it's in the dark.
This was a unique caterpillar. Enclosed inside a building, this caterpillar sadly no longer has a canopy, but instead has a decent light show. During the ride there were strobes, lights, and music to go along with a pretty zippy caterpillar that had some decent laterals. Also, I got a long cycle on this one.
You have to dig the day-glo ninja posters stuck to that inner wall. This indoor Caterpillar follows a retro space-age blacklight theme, with little shuttles along the track. No canopy, but you take what you can get. The ride hits a good speed, and the indoor light show is appealing, in its sort of kooky, anti-climactic character. Disco ball in the center, it does what it can to thrill and please - but I have to admit, I have no idea of what those aforementioned Spencers Gifts posters have to do with space travel...
A nice, well maintained caterpillar ride. One of my favorites at this little park. It does not have the traditional canopy, but is enclosed inside a building in the dark, with some great lighting effects. One bad thing about this ride is the music the operators chose is almost always bad to terrible!
An elclosed Catapiller ride with music and lights. I like the original canopy version of the catapillers better, but minus the canopy, being enclosed with lights is better than being in the open.
A well maintained old Catapiller. It is indoors and no longer has the canopy, but is still run at a good clip. The only complaint I had was the music they played on my particular ride, Britney Spears, :puke:
