I only got one ride, and did not get to snap it. I did later on at PKI, but thats another story. Next time I make it up there, Ill know what to do.

I didnt quite master the snapping. However, on my 11th of 12 ride the ride operator, the people waiting and the woman in the flyer behind were all impressed. The woman behind thought mine was broken because I was bouncing all over the place. Unfortunately, I could not duplicate the intensity on my final flight.

Since: my first review Ive been back twice and consider myself a semi-pro now

ALL HAIL THE FLYING SCOOTER!!! Sure, I had heard all of the hype regarding Knoebels Flyer, but my god, was I ever unprepared. This is THE gold standard by which all Flying Scooters should be measured. First of all, a disclaimer. Yes, it did take me a good handful of spins to get the trick down just right - it had been some years since my lofty experiences on PKIs - but jeez, once I had gotten my snap legs back, this ride was HEAVEN. Im done for - a Flying Scooter addict - pure junkie. My left arm is all bruised up from the ride - and I couldnt be happier. Hands down, these are probably the best of their kind - I love PKIs, and learned the secret of snap on them - but these are faster, run longer, and best of all - NO STOPPERS!!! So, if youre a Scooter junkie like me, dont walk - RUN!!! - to these as soon as you get to the park. Im a goner, and you can be, too.

Great ride... someone should put a better motor on it, to make it go even faster. Theres a good trick to it that you have to learn to make it go high.

This is a fun ride. It looks like a kiddie ride but its not. You can get going pretty high on these things. If you get high enough it looks like you might hit this one tree!

This.
Ride.
RULES.
Simple as that. You can go far and wide, and not find a more chaotic and just FUN ride (maybe the Skooters, but thats about it). And thats without the snapping. Oh boy.

I gave these flyers a nine out of ten due mainly because it is difficult to learn how to do them. I had been snapping flyers at Lesourdsville and Kings Island for decades and it still took about 15 rides before I could snap Knoebels Flyers consistantly. Once I had it figured out though, These are INSANE and depending on how long the line is, you can get some really long rides

Best one I have been on, it is fast and you can really snap this one. This ride can be a little scary, you can get the skooter to come to almost a complete stop, then there is the snap and you go sky high, hit the top, and snap again as you fly back down. When there are a bunch of riders on this one that know what they are doing, the snaps seem to reverberate off of one another, quite freaky, but great fun.

This is a really fun flying skooters ride. You get to control how high you go with a sail on the front of the car. My recommendation: ride on a windy day. You can really get some height going then.
