Look down at the previous review. Airtime
made this my favorite flat ride as a 7 year old. Its also pretty colorful and the seats were pretty comfortable (I think they were). What else is good about the ride? Laterals. Other folks wont agree with me, but I love it! It is still wun uv my favorite flat rides. (sorry about the spelling errors. They were on purpose)
This ride was excellent. It gave some pretty good air time.
I think Downdraft may be overlooked in a park with such great flats. The ride was fast, intense, and dizzying. It got me so darn dizzy that I pondered breaking a bit, but kept at it. The pin-you-to-the-wall effect was, as usual, sweet. Overall, it was a fun spin and puke, and pushed my limits more than most of them do.
I like this ride. You get a slightly different feeling depending on the seat that you are in. Sometimes leaves me a bit dizzy after getting off but not in a terrible way. Definitely moves you around. I didnt find the safety bars too bad. Dont try to talk to your friends too much when your riding though, as youll start to feel those Gs on your neck!
This is like Apollo 2000 at Dorney Park, only this thing drank a few more protein shakes and lifted a few more weights. This ride is very intense, and I found it to be pretty fun. When I first saw it, I immediately compared it to Apollo 2000 and got on thinking that it would not be so great. I was very wrong. It is a "spin and puke" kind of ride, but those never seem to get to my stomach so much. I enjoyed myself on it and it was a pretty good ride.
I would have considered a 7 or 8 but the restraints were far from comfortable. You do get tossed around quite a bit, but you find yourself hitting solid metal bars with your shoulders, and ribs if you dont protect yourself. Seems to be a much better ride for kids because I didnt see too many of them in pain afterwards.
EDIT: Since that original ride I have revised it from a 6 to a 7. With my the original review I was nursing a sore elbow from a rough and tumble spin on The Flyer
A fun ride that will throw you around.
This ride is a blast - way more intense than I figured it would be. At first it starts out in a pretty tame manner, but boy, once you hit the full-out, horizontal position, look out. I was thrown all over the place, and had a heck of a time keeping my sandals on! Theres almost never a line, so give it a go...but be warned - it can be a real nerve-shaker.
I loved this ride it was intense and G forces strong. Reminds me of the Hurricane at the fair
This ride, for me, was not thrilling at any extent. Yes, it did spin pretty fast, but I did not feel any forces on my body whatsoever. Only laterals, but I can even feel that on a Himalaya, and I thought that the main point of this was to have some air in the dropping up and down. I did not feel any. The only thing that was slightly amusing was watching my girlfriend scream. Thats pretty much it.
