The river raft seats comfortably. You may or may not be the person that gets wet. The chances of getting wet are all determined by how the raft hits and banks off the rock walls. There are a few spots that water streams can squirt and get you wet. I recall when I was little, the ability to raft under the waterfalls. However it appears this can no longer occur. This is a great ride for a hot day. Wear some water shoes on this ride or prepare for wet shoes throughout the park.
