Great Coaster. launch and breaking out of the mountain are great. to this day it holds several record: highest inversion, fastest inverted coaster, first LIM launch coaster.

Im not so sure about the first LIM launch coaster. Actually, I think that Flight of Fear was the first coaster to use LIMs. Volcano is probably the first inverted coaster to feature LIMs. Then again, I could be wrong.

Ive been looking it up. LINEAR INDUCTION MOTORS (LIMs) only push the car and LINEAR SYNCHRONOUS MOTORS (LSMs) push and pull the car. LSMs use LIMs to start off and then switch. I think Superman came out first. Whether it uses LSM or LIMs it has the LIM technology in it, so I belive it was the first rollercoaster to have LIMs. I could be wrong, so correct me if I am.
