Its alright but not one I make a point of doing. Sometimes I get a real headache from it and other times my head don'.t get banged around at all. There must be a secret to it but I couldn'.t tell you what it is. Do this one if your brave enough to risk the headache and if you have time left over. Otherwise you won'.t miss much by skipping it.
