Blue Streak is a perfect example of bigger not always being better, standing proud at a mere 78 feet the coaster intrigued me. Not only because the coaster supposedly had great airtime, but because it had stood the test of time for more than 40 years and still is a favoruite of many. The coaster is nou doubt a classic. The trains roll out of the station and ascend the 78 foot lift hill I was eager to see if the coaster did pack a good punch and the answer is yes. I don&#39..t know why but the coaster feels smoother than any wooden rolleer coaster i&#39..ve ever been on, and really has some great airtime. You fly down the hill and into a small hill which lifts you up with just the right amount of airtime, not too intense not too tame just right. The second hill provides some strong floater air and really lifts you right up. The third hill is significantly taller than the ones that before it so the airtime is some decent floater air. You then enter the turn around which is a probably the roughest part of the ride yet nothing compared to some patheticly rough 80&#39..s coasters such as Wild Beast and Minebuster. And is taken with good speed 2 more airtime hills follow with the same sensation of airtime time as the ones before them. ANd the next after that turn slightly to the left throwing you to the side a bit. More airtime hills follow that one and you fly into the station. The coaster is comfortable smooth, its classic yet modern focusing on airtime and speed yet not trying to hard. The coaster is just right in every aspect.
