Though not as good as the Phoenix, Twister is a good coaster. Twister looks nice and is off in its own area in a woodsy section of the park (then again almost anywhere in Knoebels is woodsy, but you know what I mean). I have only been on Twister once and waited one cycle for the second row. Twister is the biggest coaster I have been on to date and this is a coaster that I can apply "bigger isnt always better" to. Now the lift hill was certainly cool and I dont know of any other coaster with a divided lift hill like that. Also, the first drop was fun and the following turnaround hill provided the most insane and scary ejector air-time burst I have ever experienced. I was launched right into the lap bar. Following that was the picture-esque double helix and then a speedy finale complete with a surprise tunnel. However despite all of these elements, I just didnt find Twister to be as good as others have found it. The ride was for the most part smooth, but there were a few jostly spots. Twister is a fun wooden coaster, but it just pales in comparison with the Phoenix in terms of fun.
