Very poor themeing!Cant even come close to Splash Mountains themeing!The drop is fun, and dangerous as Ive seen many people come out with broken noses!Even the drop which is the only part I like is like Splash Mountains with the drop before you go into the Laughing Place added to it!All in all Splash Mountain is better all around!

Theyve actually fixed the drop last summer, it was stopping the cars to fast. I actually could have easily broke a nose last year before the fix, the stop now is hardly what it was, but the drop is still in tact.

I would agree with you that Splash Mountain is better but I would think that it deserves a pretty high rating. The drop is better than some rides which dont even drops!

I rode Ripsaw Falls 2 years ago, and I dont remember any nose breaking. However, I could easily just have forgotten. It still doesnt deserve a 6, though. Its a great ride, and comparable, and probably better than Splash Mountain. Not theming-wise, but ride-wise, Ripsaw Falls is the victor.

Its was a strange thing, I rode it several times with no problems, but I was going through the park with a friend of mine who works there, I was sitting behind a friend this day and as we came down, my forehead slammed right into her upper back, if Id been looking up, my nose would have been gone. I mentioned it to him while getting off the ride, and he explained they were redoing slow down portion, later that summer it was closed and the changes were made.

While not as lushly themed as Splash Mt., Ripsaw falls does capture the more minimalist cartoon look of Dudley Do-Right.

Ripsaw falls has a better drop then Spalsh mountain but not as good as themeing,but there both still great flume rides and both deserve a 10.
