When I went to CP on a field trip for school, we literally arrived about 20 minutes after Millennium Force had broken down for about a week. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed, and I wasnt really expecting much from this primitive, rough-looking hyper, especially after riding glass-smooth Nitro at SFGadv. However, I was really surprised! This rides a heckuva lot more intense than it looks. The drops are all loads of fun, and you can really feel yourself gaining speed, and the airtime is positively INSANE! (I unknowingly sat in the "ejector seat" so Im not sure if thats why I felt SO much airtime, but judging by these reviews, all seats seem to have great airtime). I wasnt really expecting much from the tunnels- like Timberman said, theyre mostly a "cheap diversion" on most coasters, but theyre actually one of the best features of Magnum! Even though they dont look very long, its seriously pitch-dark inside all of them, and Im pretty sure theres fog or something in the last one. I did have to dock a point because it can be excessively rough in some parts, but this is still a must-ride at Cedar Point. Even if it doesnt look like much, like CoastrGlxy said, its one of those coasters you have to "ride to appreciate".
