I am amazed at this ride. Kumba has aged so well its almost unbelievable!! POWER. That is one word that describes Kumba in a nutshell. How can this 135 ft drop generate so much speed? How is each inversion so powerful and fluid? How does this coaster keep its momentum all the way to the final brakes? Those are questions I asked myself while riding this 10+ year old ride, and why no other looper has ever been able to top it. I will agree that it needs new paint like no other coaster I have seen in a while. This proud shrine to coaster perfection should not be an eyesore!!
