Review of Gwazi Lion @ Busch Gardens Tampa

I didnt enjoy this ride at all. The load times were just amazingly terrible, dispatching at just over three trains per 10 minutes. The first hill is about the best part of the ride, but this thing is rough. Its quite jerky, all banked turns - and none are taken in a relatively smooth way, either. I had one small pop of airtime, but thats it. The ride is fast, however its very jerky, its rough, and the layout isnt good enough to be running as a stand-alone coaster. The dueling element would REALLY help this coaster, but as is, its worth a ride - unless youre brittle - but not much more. I cant give it a 7, and a 6 is a bit low [Id maybe go 6.5], but Im not comfortable enough giving it a 7, so 6 it is.

Thats odd. My wait was really short, and they dispatched like a train every 1.5 minutes.

Its a wooden coasters, its not going to be smooth like a steal coaster. 3 trains in 10 min sounds unlikely. Were they only running one car? I was there in Mid july and the wait was short and the had two cars running on the lion and tiger. Oh ftpc we all know that lines very and theme parks, he never says when he went so why the comment?

I was there last Tuesday, August uh 23rd I think. And Im serious with the three trains in 10 minutes. I timed it. We were the fourth train to get on, and our wait was 12 minutes from time we got into the queue to time the gates opened to let us on.

Oh, and Im well aware that a woodie is rougher than a steel. However, Ive been on some damn smooth woodies who are just as twisted as Gwazi. Twister at Knoebels was smooth as heck, for example.
