Review of Hurricane @ Myrtle Beach Pavilion

There are only a handful of rides in this world that have truly defeated me, and this is one of them. After each of the 8 amazing and breathtaking rides I had on this great CCI coaster, I came off completely shocked and shaken. The ride, while at times terribly rough, is one of the most intense woodies around. Each dip contained some very good airtime and the intensity of the helices was actually quite alarming the first few times I rode it. The only complaint I have is the condition the ride is in. The padding on the restraints is tattered, the trains could use a fresh coat of paint, and the ride is in some bad need of re-tracking to try and smooth out all those really rough spots, particularly on the bunny hill directly after the first drop. I am determined that if the Pavilion would take better care of this marvel of a woodie, that it would rank among the best in the world. That is why Im giving it an 8 instead of a 9 or a 10. Still a great ride. I found that the smoothest ride was found in the back of the train

It doesnt need retracking, its just that the G-trains track like they are riding on square wheels
Smoothest in the back? Thats the complete opposite of what my thoughs are. Speaking of, time to update my review...

Yeah, I thought it was very strange too, but the back certainly delivered the best ride, IMO
