First I will start with a confenssion I rode this because I figured the only way it got this high of scores is because of all the "homers" who review it. After riding it I was pleasantly surprised. My ride operator Danny did a fantastic job with his intro in the opening tunnel and put up a great show. The slightly slower scambler did not bother me since if it went too fast you couldnt see the show which would make the ride pointless. I do recommned repainting the wall of the dome and definately the scrambler itself. Other then that dont change the ride, pure rough looking fun and I will give it a nine since I had such a fun time.

I enjoyed a couple of the rides there, but I have to say I found it a little over priced so I wont be back anytime soon barring some more unique additions. I was looking for some information though like when did this park open and has it always been run by the same people that sort of thing. If you know a site or if you just know some facts I would like to hear. Keep up the great work.

I was there Wed Aug 3rd. It wasnt like it was slow, but I was not getting pushed into the corner like most outdoor scramblers. I liked the speed since if it went too fast you would miss the show.

The splashtown side of the park used to be owned by another person. the owners of Funtown bought it and combined the two parks. Futown was started at a Hamberger Hot dog stand and grew from there. I agree about the price thing. the water park is very small and the park offers only a few rides. I normaly go thre dorign the ACE event in August. this ones on the 20 and 21.

If you look on the parks web page some were on it is a history with allot of info. like the fact they had a laser show for a couple years.

The ride went about 7.4 revs a minute till the 6th. Now it goes about 9. Havent had a chance to do a really good job timing it, I was mostly working making laser shows.

Thatll be great. I really miss the park but its jstu a long hick for me. 3.5 hours sometimes 4. its not a easy day trip. too many back roads and too little at the park to marit the trip. no affence.
