As a first time rider, waiting on line made me very tense and nervous. I had no idea what to expect as I waited. Even when the operators strapped me into the "ship" I still had no idea how this voyage into space would be simulated and feel. Once the ride began though, I realized that all of my worrying was useless. This ride was a blast! Your face and head are pushed against the headrest as you are sent to Mars and back. Take-off was easily the most thrilling part as you slowly rise out of the launch tower into space and constantly accelerate. Astronauts even claim that this is how a real take-off feels. It was well worth the wait. Mission: Space is $100 million well spent!
