Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride is the best ride at Story Land and one of my favorite river rapids rides I have been on. Located to the left side of the park, Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride is a unique river rapdis ride. With the station housed inside a white building, this ride has one of the longer waits at Story Land because it can take a while to load and dispatch the 6 person rafts. Generally Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride has a 30 minute wait all day. If you ride alone you can get on with no wait. Just ask the person at the entrance checking childrens heights and they will let you go to the loading area and board the first vacant seat. Once in the red rafts, you slowly ride along a calm stream. Theres a camera along the way that shoots you with a stream of water. When you travel around the first U-turn, you go under Dr. Geysers rain machine that hits you with mist. The rain machine looks creative with a rainbow touching a pot of gold with a white cloud above you. Later in the ride, animals shoot streams of water at you, water streams blow out of band instruments, a firedog spraying you with a soaking hose, a leaking water tower, and a mist cave. The best parts though are the 2 geysers. Shooting giant water geysers into the air, anyone hit by one will get soaked. The second geyser at the end of the ride is considerably bigger than the first one and much more soaking. Overall, Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride is a very fun raft ride and shouldnt be missed by anyone on a hot day. People who enjoy soaking water rides or river rapids rides shouldnt miss Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride.
