Kumba was truly a great all-around classic coaster. For a B&M coaster that has been running since 1993, it's still a smooth & graceful ride nevertheless. The 1st drop was great, the loop encircling the lift hill was something different and fun, the African theme around it was great, and all of the elements of Kumba were placed perfectly and are taken at a fast pace. Each element of Kumba was very intense as it seemed that even after the mid-course brakes, the ride was still ripping through the 2 corkscrews with sheer speed and pure intensity. The 2 tunnels on it was also a great way of using that landscape around it. Overall, its my 2nd favorite coaster only slightly falling short to Montu. I did enjoy Kumba though better than SheiKra b/c it has a nice long layout to it too. Definitely ride Kumba at least once when you're visiting BGT to experience one of the few classic sitdown loopers that can still be high on any coaster enthusiasts lists.
