Review of Roaring Rapids @ Six Flags Magic Mountain

Roaring Rapids is pretty typical for a Six Flags river raft ride. A very wide river with large, pretty slow-moving rafts, but several sections of good rapids. There are no waterfalls or geysers or anything like that, so it is all up to the rapids to get you wet, and it can be kind of hit or miss. Youll definitely get splashed, but whether or not you get soaked depends on where you sit and how your raft turns. A downside of the ride is that it is not incredibly long, though the wait often is. An upside is that this is in kind of a remote, secluded part of the park that is very wooded, shady, and serene throughout the entire queue line and ride. This ties with Log Jammer as my favorite water ride at Magic Mountain.
