If a park has a mine train, for some quirky reason I have to ride it. Well, Great Adventure had a mine train and I should have known I was in for a let-down. The first thing I noticed were the nice locomotive trains, which is always a plus. The loading was slow. Sure, it isnt a triple-lift mine train, but to stack it still boggles my mind. The lead ride op was a bit of a you-know-what, and the whole cross your legs thing, while smart, wastes time. The ride iteself was ok. The first part (the turns) was nice, but after that, it just got rough and painful, especially for big, tall Bob Fun. I wouldnt say to skip the ride completely, but if the line extends off of the station platform, I would think twice if I were you.
