Borg-The Assimilator is a steel sit down flying roller coaster it was built in 2000. It is 115' tall, 2,776' long. It travels at sppeds of 51 mph. It has 5 inversions. It was built by Vekoma. AKA: Night Hawk. This ride was awesome. It was my favorite at this park. The colors are bright and the theming adds to the ride. You start out laying down up the lift hill then flip over onto your stomach. There are many flips and rolls after this. The Borg scenery adds to the ride as does the tv show reruns while waiting in line. Great job Paramount. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.
