Review of Batman and Robin: The Chiller @ Six Flags Great Adventure

I found this to be a decent ride but with some definite drawbacks. Only the Robin side was working when I was there. The wait time was way too long for such a short ride. It didnt help that I had annoyingly loud people behind me in line as well as people who thought everyone would get a treat by hearing their cell phone songs at full volume. The ride ops did a decent job but there was way too much chaos when you finally arrived in the part of the building with the final queue. People were standing all over the place. The only clear path was to the front car. I also found that both the seats and restraints were uncomfortable. Nice launch, though. Wish the ride were a bit longer. Im not sure Id ride it again unless both sides were working.

It does stink that only Robin is working, but, they are working on Batman and it should be open this weekend. Hopefully Friday so I can get on it. Most of Great Adventures lines are relative chaos, which is not a good thing, but not really a bad thing as long as fights dont break out. I too believe that the seats and restraints are pretty, well, not cozy but the ride is pretty decent, and yes pretty short for what you wait. That is why I dont go on unless it is a walk on. Once the other side is working, they wont race so dont get your hopes up on that.

Never thought about the race. I agree. Id definitely go again if its a walk-on or relatively short ride. I did enjoy the ride itself although not nearly as much as Nitro. Is the other Batman ride worth riding?

Of course Batman: The Ride is worth it. Its getting a little headbangy in spots, but it is a good and intense ride. It may look small, but it packs a big punch for sure. Get on all the coasters that you can man. Dont ask, just do.
