This is the best ride ever i would give it a 20 if i could this ride is awsome but it woulfd get a 30 if it still had the old seat belts the new ones suck

They are indeed fairly restrictive, and I saw a lot of "big" people get turned away because the belt wouldnt fasten, so I guess your third guess is correct too.
