Well, I found this one very similar to Cedar Points corkscrew, and who can argue? The double corkscrew over the pathway is very midway-reminiscent, and though it had one more loop than CPs ride, the Cyclones layout was very similar too. The ride was fairly smooth through the loops, but once you hit the turns and corkscrews, the neck thrashing begins. As usual, I found the ride to be good up until that point, but Cyclone got pretty darn rough. The setting was still pretty cool, weaving close to trees at one point, and I still enjoy the inversions over the paths. Overall, it was good for one ride, I could have tolerated a few more, but just wasnt motivated to. I gave the Cedar Point Corkscrew a 5, and I found this one to be on the same level, so Ill give the Carolina Cyclone a 5 too.
