I gave this ride a lower score, not so much that its a bad ride, but that its predecessor Thunder Road was great. It almost gets a 10 out of me, for just letting us be graced by the presence of Miss Dolly Parton herself, but away from the decor in the line of the ride, Dolly is the only reason to ride. The scene where Dolly and her crazy cousin Clovis goes over the dam into the lake is also watered down, no pun attended, by the fact that the water squirters have been disabled. Also, another factor may be my Dollywood bias, where as most of the time it works for the good, after working this ride one day, I went to sleep hearing "Dont worry Dolly, its all a part of the plan".
