Review of Thunderbolt @ Six Flags New England

I had a short wait, but the ride op just wouldnt shut up and start the ride. I had about 5 minutes added to the wait because of him. The ride is good for its height, but its very bumpy and rickety. I felt like it was going to fall apart as soon as it caught on to the lift. The bumpiness isnt terrible, but it wouldve been better if it was just a TINY bit smoother. It didnt provide airtime in every seat, and I didnt have a chance to try back (I had to get my mother to ride). It had some fun drops, but I knew it wouldnt be too exciting from the height. All in all, its a good little woodie, but could be a bit taller and smoother.

The Thunderbolt is 67 years old, so it has an excuse to be short. If you think Thunderbolt has one heck of a bumpy ride, then the Cyclone should be renamed Earthquake (it should. To think that this ride is older yet smoother then Cyclone).
