it is no longer the old mill. it is now called garfields nightmare and it is the stupidest ride in the world. No lie.

Sad that Kennywood jumped on the Garfield merchandising wagon - who conned them into this? That comic was never that funny to begin with, and the movie just released is an embarrassment. How sad.

I dunno, I rode it and thought it was a refreshing change. The ride itself is unchanged (boats and ride path are still the same Old Mill), theres just new scenery inside. I know its a bit corny, but the kids and families love it and that was indeed the parks intent - to create a family dark attraction without disturbing the actual ride. But, this kind of ride change would definitely have a chance of alienating some of the public (mostly the teenage to young adult crowd, if I had to guess). I myself enjoy a silly laugh every once in a while, so personally I give KW a thumbs up for sprucing up the ride/surrounding area. Just my 2 cents, anyway.

Thanks for your opinion. I wont go against what you said but I still feel that there is way too much of kennywood advertising this ride. There are signs all over the park!
