Review of Dania Beach Hurricane @ Boomers

This is such a biased review, but I dont care. I operate the DBH, and until I rode Psyclone, there was no better woodie. In fact, Im debating which one is better. The lift hill is quick, and before you know it, you hit the first drop. More airtime than any roller coaster Ive ever been on, except for, maybe, Cyclops at Big Chiefs. Lots of airtime and fun, especially when youre coming through the homestretch of bunny hops. Again, I know this sounds biased because I operate this wooden marvel, but this is my opinion, and if you dont believe me, ride it in the back. DBH is #4 on my list, my #2 woodie. For a better experience, remember to buy the multiple ride pass if youre planning on riding more than once.

If you operate it, do you think you could do something about the price? Its a great coaster, but I wont be riding it again any time in the future because its such a rip off.

Ive asked time and time again, but they wont change it. Its not like they have 16 roller coasters and lots of contracts. Its not even owned by Boomers, and they need the price high to get more money. If you dont want a rip off, get the unlimited ride pass.

Are their any plans for them to make a deal with Boomers for their unlimited ride ticket to be accepted on the coaster? Maybe the coaster could get a certain percentage for every wristband sold. Id wouldnt mind that since you get to do all of the stuff at boomers, plus the coaster.

Boomers has already made a deal with and works with DBH, which is why its advertised inside Boomers. The unlimited ride ticket is $10 + tax, and it IS accepted on the coaster. Duh. If it wasnt, then it would be a waste of money. I couldnt really understand your question.

Cool. I got to go back then. I went when the coaster first opened, and they wouldnt take my unlimited ride pass that I got from Boomers. I had to buy a seperate ticket for the coaster. I thought you were talking about a seperate unlimited ride ticket for just the coaster. Now that the coaster is included in the Boomers one, that is worth it.

Oh, thats what you mean. There is a ten buck tuesday and thursday where you can do lots of stuff (not exactly sure what), and for extra money you can get coaster rides. But you still have to buy a seperate ticket for the coaster.
