I have to hand it to this ride, if only for the fact that its a hidden little secret, almost never has any line whatsoever, is a great way to cool off and escape the masses, and besides, its a nice ride of its own accord. When this first opened, I used to love riding it all alone - it was like a world totally apart from the clamor and crowds of EPCOT. Definitely worth a ride.

I agree this is a nice place to cool down on the hot Disney days. It reminds me of the ride in MK that was called "If you had wings"

Oh, my God - I had totally forgotten about that ride!!! It was my favorite as a kid - all day long after riding it, I was singing that song - thanks for reminding me about it!!! Time to do a web search...

I totally know what you mean about it being hidden adriahna. I didnt even know it existed until I went in the building and saw a little boat! I thought this ride was better than Maelstrom.

Neat hidden gem. I did a search on IYHW, vbarbieri, and came up with a great site, "Widen Your World", which has a veritable treasure trove of memories, photos and information on the ride. I miss that one desperately - total old-school 1970s Disney at its best.
