A great whipper ride. Wish they would make it a little bit faster. But ill give it an extra 1 for the bell ringing at the start of the ride.

They ring the bell because that is the classic way the ride is operated. It once did have an actual operational use as a signal to other ride ops, now it is done just so that it is run the same way.

As a matter of fact, thats what i am doing for my 12th birhtday, which is on May 27. I know its sounds kinda corny, me becoming 12 and all, but amusement parks are my favorite hobby and Knoebels is in my Top Two List.

I vaugely remeber it as a kind of concession stand for.....cookies, maybe. I remember a thing on the door saying like "These cookies are low fat" or something, but I could be wrong.

Man to be that young and discover the thrill of local parks. I wasted the first 27 years thinking unless it was a huge park how much fun can it be. Then i went to indiana beach and all my ideas changed. In the last 5 yers ive been to 15 different amusement parks and added over 75 new coaster by the end of this summers trip. Keep it up Knoebels

Unfortunately, we have had to drop our Knoebels plan for Saturday (damn it), as an unforseen situations come up - believe it or not, my brothers coming to stay a week, before he moves to Thailand (which kind of came up out of the blue) - theres still a slight chance we could be there on Sunday, if the weather works out and hes not too groggy from his drive here (a 13-hour whopper of a trip). But dont worry - well be at Knoebels a few times this summer.
