Im changing this review, because since the last time I rode it, the drop has been shortened and the train slows down during the ride. UPDATE: I recently rode Cyclone with a couple of my friends for the first time in a few years. And when I got off, I was almost swearing. Six Flags has ruined a quality ride. The train continues to slow down more until it peacefully glides into the brake run (due to trim brakes added thruout the ride). Really dissapointed.

how long has it been since your ridin this coaster? it slows down on every trim brack on the ride. Roughness this ride used to be far better so wayign its rougness it because it is wood is fare form true. its roughness is do to the PTC trains, bad SFNE maintanince, and setlign of the track.

I rode it twice a while ago, but they shortened the first drop and added brakes...so I c ur point...

Cyclone was born rough, but its no rougher than it was in 1983.

whaen I rode it in the 90s early 90s with the morgan trains it wasnt any rougher then any other coaser. in ran well and was averagly shacky. its far worse now and th enew drop is lakign in spectacal.

I found the "Morgan" period to be a very dark time for Cyclone. Those plastic seats were unbearable, making a rough but fun ride totally unbearable.

I found them comfertable. and they were shaped liek the PTCs on the inside. so there was lots of room.
